Mufluil Forte is a sterile nebuliser solution based on N-acetylcysteine and sodium hyaluronate, designed to protect against infections and redness of the nasal mucosa, mouth and throat.
N-acetylcysteine reduces the viscosity of the mucus, moisturizes the mucosa and soothes symptoms related to inflammatory reactions such as difficulty swallowing, a foreign body sensation in the throat, tickling or dryness. Hyaluronic acid adheres to the surface of the mucosa and retains the physiologically present water, creates a protective film, bringing relief to the irritated mucosa. This barrier helps to maintain the integrity of the mucosa and protects against external factors and pathogens.
The solution is a nebuliser for use in:
The solution should be administered with the use of devices intended for aerosol therapy (piston inhalers; preparation unsuitable for ultrasound devices). The container has a half dose scale.
Children aged 2-6: half of the contents of the ampoule 2 times a day.
Adults and children over 6 years of age: the content of one ampoule of the preparation 2 times a day.

Gently shake the ampoule before use;
Open the ampoule by twisting the closure;
Press the walls of the ampoule with moderate force, pour the indicated amount of the solution into the nebulizer reservoir, and then add the saline solution in a 1: 1 ratio. The product should be applied intranasally (using a mask or a nasal tip) with an aerosol therapy device;
The product can be used at any time of the day without any special restrictions in this regard.
The duration of treatment depends on the nature and severity of symptoms, but should not exceed 30 days. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
N-acetylcysteine, sodium hyaluronic acid, thyme essential oil, edetic acid disodium salt, polysorbate 20, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium hydrogen phosphate heptahydrate, sodium hydroxide, water.
Do not use in children under 2 years of age.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation.
For the patient's safety, N-acetylcysteine should not be taken with other preparations, in particular with the following preparations:
cough suppressants: by reducing the cough reflex, they may contribute to an excessive accumulation of secretions in the bronchi;
Medicines that stop or reduce the amount of mucus in the bronchi (cholinolytics): These may act opposite to that of N-acetylcysteine.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources below 25 ° C.
Store the ampoules in the protective sachet, away from light and heat. If half the dose is used, the sealed ampoule should be kept at room temperature and used within 24 hours after opening.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes.
The presence of a sulfuric smell is characteristic of one of the ingredients of the preparation and does not indicate a change in its properties.
Do not use after the expiry date or when the packaging is broken or damaged.
Due to the reaction of N-acetylcysteine with some materials (rubber, iron, copper), the use of glass or plastic inhalation accessories is recommended. The rubber or metal parts of the inhalation device should be thoroughly washed immediately after use.
Administration of N-acetylcysteine, especially in the form of an aerosol, may increase the fluidity of mucus and its amount in the bronchi, especially at the beginning of treatment. If such symptoms occur and it is impossible to cough up the excess secretion, contact your doctor.
N-acetylcysteine can be used with other bronchodilators or vasoconstrictors, but for the shortest possible time.
N-acetylcysteine should be used with extreme caution and under medical supervision if:
Use of the product should be discontinued immediately:
