Suppositories should be injected into the rectum as deep as possible, preferably after bowel cleansing. Suppositories should not be divided into parts, since such a change in the method of using the preparation can lead to a violation of the distribution of the active substance.

Naklofen 50 mg suppositories should not be prescribed to children under the age of 14 due to the high content of the active substance.
