    Method of administration and dosage.

To minimize side effects, the lowest effective dose should be used for a short period of time, taking into account the goals of treatment for each individual patient.

For adult patients who do not take oral tablet forms well, suppositories should be used in appropriate doses.

The preparation is taken orally - only for rectal administration.

Treatment can be carried out using a single dosage form or in combination, based on a daily dose of 150 mg.

The initial dose is 100-150 mg of diclofenac per day, depending on the severity of the disease, that is, 1 suppository 2-3 times a day. The maintenance dose is 100 mg of diclofenac per day, that is, 1 suppository 2 times a day.

    Method of using suppositories

Suppositories should be injected into the rectum as deep as possible, preferably after bowel cleansing. Suppositories should not be divided into parts, since such a change in the method of using the preparation can lead to a violation of the distribution of the active substance.

    Children.

Naklofen 50 mg suppositories should not be prescribed to children under the age of 14 due to the high content of the active substance.
