Nalgesin Mini is indicated in the short-term treatment of pain of low and moderate intensity, such as: headache, toothache, dysmenorrhea, joint pain, and muscle pain.
The active substance is naproxen sodium. Each tablet contains 220 mg of naproxen sodium, equivalent to 200 mg of naproxen; the other ingredients are: in the tablet core: povidone K 30, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate, and in the tablet coating, precipitate YS-1R-4215, E 132 composed of: hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 8000 and indigo carmine (E 132), hypromellose 6cp, macrogol 8000, candurin silver luster composed of: titanium dioxide (E171), potassium aluminum silicate (E 555).
The recommended dose for adults and adolescents over 16 years of age weighing more than 50 kg is 1 tablet a day, every 8-12 hours; alternatively, you can take two tablets at once and one additional tablet after 8-12 hours if needed.
The tablets should be swallowed with a sufficient amount of fluid, with or after a meal. In patients with gastric hypersensitivity, it is preferable to take the preparation with a meal. The tablets should not be chewed. The maximum daily dose is 3 tablets (corresponding to 660 mg of naproxen sodium).
