Nervomix Forte is a herbal product with a calming effect and facilitating falling asleep, intended for use in transient states of nervous hyperactivity and sleep disorders. The active substances contained in Nervomix soothe emotional tensions and help you fall asleep.
The product is intended for traditional use in the above-mentioned indications and its effectiveness is based solely on long-term use and experience.

1 capsule contains:
Calming and making it easier to fall asleep.
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age: 2-4 capsules 3 times a day, depending on the severity of symptoms.
Drink at least 1/2 glass of liquid, do not chew.
Take a single dose from half an hour to an hour before going to sleep as a sleep aid.
Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. It is not recommended to use the preparation for more than 3 weeks.
Allergy to any component of the preparation.
Children under 12 years of age.
Valerian intolerance.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children, in a dry place at a temperature not higher than 25 ° C.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
At recommended doses, side effects are rare.
Symptoms of intolerance to valerian root, gastrointestinal disorders, fatigue, and photosensitivity reactions in people with fair skin may occasionally occur - then the preparation should be discontinued. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
Tell the doctor or pharmacist about all the preparations that the patient is taking now or recently, and about the preparations that the patient is planning to take.
Do not take with other sedatives and theophylline, cyclosporine, warfarin, digoxin, oral contraceptives and alcohol. If you are taking these preparations or other prescription preparations, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking the preparation.
Avoid exposure to ultraviolet rays (sunbathing, solarium) while using the preparation.
St. John's wort in the preparationmay cause photosensitivity, especially in fair-skinned people.
If symptoms persist during the use of the preparationor worsen, consult a doctor.
Use in children and adolescents
It is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
The preparation should not be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Driving vehicles and operating machinery
The preparation may impair psychophysical fitness, the ability to drive vehicles and operate moving mechanisms, therefore it is not recommended to take the preparation before planned driving or operating machinery.
