Nervomix Sen dietary supplement contains natural plant ingredients (lemon balm, hops) and L-theanine. Lemon balm and hops contained in the preparation support healthy and restful sleep. Lemon balm helps reduce tension and irritability and maintain a good mood. It contributes to optimal relaxation.

Adults and adolescents 1-2 capsules, preferably about half an hour before bedtime.

Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) containing 40% L-theanine, lemon balm herb extract (Melissa officinalis), gelatin, hops extract (Humulus lupulus), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, dyes: titanium dioxide, oxides and iron hydroxides, brilliant black BN.

1 capsule contains: 200mg green tea extract, including 80mg L-theanine, 100mg lemon balm herb extract, 33mg hop cones extract.

2 capsules contain: 400mg green tea extract, including 160mg L-theanine, 200mg lemon balm herb extract, 66mg hop cone extract.
