The NiQuitin treatment lasts 10 or 8 weeks, depending on the degree of patches you started on:
- if you started with the 21 mg (grade 1) patches - keep them on for 6 weeks. Then reduce the dose of the patch to 14 mg (Grade 2) for the next 2 weeks. The last Step 3 is 7 mg patches - also use these for 2 weeks.
