Treatment of essential hypertension in adult patients.

Noliprel arginine forte is indicated if additional control of blood pressure is required when perindopril is used as monotherapy.

Related to perindopril:

• hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any other ACE inhibitor

• history of angioedema (angioedema) associated with previous treatment with ACE inhibitors

• congenital or idiopathic angioedema

Related to indapamide:

• hypersensitivity to the active substance or any other sulfonamides

• hepatic encephalopathy

• severe liver dysfunction

• hypokalemia

Related to the preparation Noliprel arginine forte:

• hypersensitivity to any excipient.

Due to the lack of sufficient clinical experience, Noliprel arginine forte should not be used:

• patients on hemodialysis

• patients with untreated decompensated heart failure.

active ingredients: perindopril arginine, indapamide

1 tablet contains 5 mg of perindopril arginine, which corresponds to 3.395 mg of perindopril and 1.25 mg of indapamide

excipients: lactose, magnesium stearate (E 470 B), maltodextrin, colloidal silicon dioxide (E 551), sodium starch (type A), macrogol 6000, glycerin (E 422), hypromellose (E 464), titanium dioxide (E 171 ).

For oral use. The recommended dose of the preparation Noliprel arginine forte is 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning before meals. An individual selection of the dose of the individual components of the preparation  may be recommended. In the case of clinical expediency, it is possible to switch from monotherapy immediately to treatment with Noliprel arginine forte. Special categories of patients Elderly patients (see Section "Peculiarities of use"). Treatment should be started based on blood pressure and kidney function. Impaired kidney function (see Section "Peculiarities of use"). In the presence of severe renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance <30 ml / min), treatment with the preparation is contraindicated. For patients with moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance 30-60 ml / min), it is recommended to start treatment with adequate doses of the individual components of the preparation. Patients with creatinine clearance ≥ 60 ml / min do not require dose adjustment. Routine medical supervision should include frequent monitoring of plasma creatinine and potassium levels. Impaired liver function (see sections "Contraindications", "Peculiarities of use" and "Pharmacokinetics"). In the presence of severe liver dysfunction, treatment is contraindicated. Patients with moderate hepatic impairment do not require dose adjustment.
