Description

Indications

Treatment of arterial hypertension in patients requiring the use of perindopril arginine at a dose of 10 mg and indapamide at a dose of 2.5 mg.

Contraindications

Related to perindopril:

hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any other ACE inhibitor;
angioedema (Quincke's edema) in history associated with prior treatment with ACE inhibitors;
congenital or idiopathic angioedema;
pregnancy or planning pregnancy (see section "Use during pregnancy or lactation");
simultaneous use with preparations containing aliskiren in patients with diabetes mellitus or with impaired renal function (glomerular filtration rate)

Compound

active ingredients: perindopril, indapamide;

1 tablet contains 6.79 mg of perindopril, which corresponds to 10 mg of perindopril arginine, and 2.5 mg of indapamide;

other ingredients: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica, sodium starch glycolate (type A), glycerin, hypromelose, macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide (E 171)

Method of application and dose.

For oral use.

The recommended dose of the preparation Noliprel Bi-Forte is 1 tablet once a day, preferably in the morning before meals.

Special categories of patients

Elderly patients (see section "Peculiarities of use"). Elderly patients should determine the level of plasma creatinine, taking into account age, body weight and sex. Treatment of elderly patients can be started with normal renal function and after taking into account the response of blood pressure to therapy.

Impaired kidney function (see "Peculiarities of use"). In the presence of severe and moderate renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance <60 ml / min), treatment with the preparation is contraindicated. Routine medical supervision should include frequent monitoring of plasma creatinine and potassium levels.

Impaired liver function (see sections "Contraindications", "Peculiarities of use" and "Pharmacokinetics"). In the presence of severe liver dysfunction, treatment with the preparation is contraindicated. Patients with moderate hepatic impairment do not require dose adjustment.

Children.

Noliprel Bi-forte should not be used to treat children and adolescents. The safety and efficacy of perindopril arginine/indapamide in pediatric patients have not been established. No data available.
