Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics. The preparation notta reduces anxiety, fear, irritability, nervous tension and anxiety. It has a pronounced stress-protective effect.

It has a positive effect on the course of neurovegetative disorders: it reduces the frequency and intensity of headaches, dizziness, heart palpitations and cardiac arrhythmias, nausea, shortness of breath, a feeling of "coma" in the throat, pain in the chest and in the epigastrium, arising from nervous tension.

Normalizes sleep: facilitates falling asleep, improves the quality of night sleep, reduces the number of night awakenings; contributes to the restoration of physiological sleep and the daily cycle "sleep - wakefulness", while it does not cause difficulties when waking up or sleepiness during the day.

Reduces the severity of asthenia (lethargy, increased fatigue). Increases concentration of attention, the ability to think clearly, improves memory.

Notta improves the individual compensatory capabilities of the psyche, efficiency, resistance to psycho-emotional stress.

Pharmacokinetics. Has not been investigated.

Indications

In the complex treatment of psychosomatic disorders and any conditions after a nervous overstrain or stress, accompanied by anxiety, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, nervous exhaustion.

In pediatrics: in the complex treatment of the consequences of perinatal damage to the central nervous system, hypertensive liquorodynamic syndrome, neurogenic bladder syndrome, autonomic dysfunction syndrome, asthenic symptom complex of various etiologies and syndrome of increased neuro-reflex excitability.

Application

Notta in pill form

Adults and children over the age of 12: 1 tablet each;

children aged 5–12 years: ½ tablet.

Apply the preparation 2 times a day.

To achieve the maximum effect, Nott's preparation is recommended to be used in the intervals between meals (30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals). It is recommended to keep the tablet in the mouth until it is completely dissolved.

To accelerate recovery at the beginning of treatment, as well as in cases requiring rapid elimination of symptoms, it is possible to take the preparation every 30-60 minutes until the condition improves, but no more than 4 times a day, then apply 2 times a day.

If it is necessary to treat children under the age of 5 years, Nott's preparation in the form of drops should be used.

Duration of admission is usually within 2-3 months (determined by the doctor individually).

Notta in the form of drops

Adults and children over the age of 12: 10 drops of the preparation in pure form or diluted in 1 tablespoon of water.

Children aged 2-12 years: 5-7 drops, diluted in 1 tablespoon of water.

Take 3 times a day 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals.

At the beginning of treatment, as well as in cases requiring a rapid decrease in the severity of symptoms, it is possible to take the preparation every 0.5-1 hour for adults and children over the age of 12: 8-10 drops each, for children aged 2-12: 3 –5 drops, diluted in 1 tablespoon of water until the condition improves, but no more than 8 times, then take 3 times a day.

It is recommended to keep it in the mouth for a while before swallowing to enhance the effectiveness.

The course of treatment, depending on the severity of the condition and the duration of the disease, is 1–4 months. If necessary, the course can be repeated.

Children. Nott's preparation in the form of drops is prescribed for children aged 2 years, in the form of tablets - for children aged 5 years.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.

Side effects

Not identified. in exceptional cases, people with hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation may experience allergic reactions.

Special instructions

The preparation notta does not cause lethargy, drowsiness during the day, impaired consciousness or sexual function, therefore it can be recommended for representatives of any profession, including those requiring increased attention, rapid motor and mental reactions.

At the beginning of treatment, there may be manifestations of a slight increase in the severity of symptoms of the disease (primary reaction). This reaction is not harmful and does not require discontinuation of the drug. If symptoms persist, the preparation should be discontinued. After the disappearance of the primary reaction, the preparation can be used again. In case of repeated exacerbation of symptoms, the use of the preparation should be discontinued.

Since Notta contains natural plant components, during storage there may be a slight change in taste, transparency or color, which does not lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the preparation.

Nott tablets contain lactose, therefore, patients with rare hereditary forms of galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should use the preparation in the form of drops instead of Nott tablets.

Nott's preparation in the form of drops should not be used in patients with alcohol dependence, since one dose (5/10 drops) contains 80/160 mg of alcohol.

The alcohol content should also be taken into account when used during pregnancy, lactation, in children and patients with a high risk of liver disease and the risk of epileptic seizures.

Long-term treatment with homeopathic medicines should be monitored by a homeopathic physician, as symptoms may occur that are not indicated in the instructions for use.

Application during pregnancy or lactation. There are no data on the use of the preparation during pregnancy and lactation. Information about any risk to the fetus and child from the use of the preparation during pregnancy and lactation has not yet been registered. The preparation should be used during pregnancy and lactation only in cases where the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the possible risk to the fetus / child.

With the simultaneous use of Nott's drug with psychotropic preparations (including tranquilizers, sleeping pills), the doses of the latter can be reduced under the supervision of a physician. In complex therapy with other preparations, pauses should be observed between doses of preparations for at least 20 minutes.

An unhealthy lifestyle, the use of stimulants, and poor nutrition have a negative effect on the results of using homeopathic medicines.
