Olimp Chela-Min Sport Formula is a dietary supplement in capsules containing a composition of highly digestible, chelated minerals. Magnesium is an important component of a proper diet of physically active people, as it helps to maintain electrolyte balance, contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism, supports the proper functioning of muscles and bones, and is involved in the proper protein synthesis. Zinc helps in maintaining the correct acid-base balance, the proper metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids, and helps in the proper synthesis of protein. Zinc also helps maintain the proper level of testosterone in the blood. Chromium helps to maintain the proper metabolism of macronutrients and the proper level of glucose in the blood.
