    Recommended intake

    1 serving a day, before breakfast or after training. Dissolve 1 portion (5.8 g of powder = 1/2 scoop) in 150 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.

    Very good creatine, good solubility, recently changed to a different one and comparisons and I will not do it anymore. CREATINE FROM OLIMP is both effective, dissolves well and tastes great .. the price is also not excessive

    The only creatine (non-monohydrate) that works for me. I checked several manufacturers, usually after switching to competing products, there is a gradual decrease in strength. In the case of this keratin stack, significant gains in strength are noticeable after just 2 weeks.

    I recommend Creatine Xplode Olimp. After a week of starting the application, a noticeable increase in strength and endurance during training, good orange flavor. It is worth combining with a gainer during the period of working on the muscle mass.

    It seems to work well, however, due to its seemingly zero solubility, it lowers the overall score. A lot of powder remains at the bottom of the glass. Taste depending on your tastes - as it may be for me.
