Forsen Forte with Valerian by Olimp Lab is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules, which combines a composition of plant extracts from valerian root, lemon balm leaves and a chamomile basket. The composition has been supplemented with B vitamins (niacin, riboflavin and vitamin B6). Valerian root helps in maintaining proper sleep quality. At the same time, it can contribute to maintaining mental well-being, including in the case of tension and stress that may result from an intense lifestyle. Lemon balm has a calming and relaxing effect, it also contributes to maintaining a good and peaceful rest. Chamomile supports healthy sleep. Niacin, riboflavin and vitamin B6 help in the proper functioning of the nervous system. In addition, they contribute to reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.

Supplementing the diet with the active ingredients of the product.

Adults: 1 capsule preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.

The capsule should be washed down with a sufficient amount of water (minimum 100 ml).

Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.), chamomile flower extract (Matricaria recutita L.), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, niacin (nicotinic acid amide), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), riboflavin, capsule (shell components: gelatin, color: titanium dioxide).
