Adults:
Inflammation of the middle ear, eardrum and external auditory canal: usually 3-4 drops into the external ear canal 3-4 times a day.
To soften hardened earwax before removing it from the ear: usually 3-4 drops into the external ear canal twice a day for four days.
Elderly people, people with impaired liver and kidney function. There is no need to change the dosage.
The instillation should be performed with the patient lying on his side, with the ear facing up. After instillation, the patient should remain in the position for several minutes.
If you are allergic to the active ingredient or any of the other ingredients, if you have a perforation (rupture) of the eardrum.
