Carefully.
Experience with patients receiving ultra-high doses of pantoprazole (> 240 mg) is limited. The available overdose data were usually consistent with the known safety profile of pantoprazole. Pantoprazole is not excreted from the body by hemodialysis. In case of overdose, symptomatic and supportive treatment is prescribed.
Metabolism and metabolic disorders. Rarely, hyperlipidemia and increased lipid levels (triglycerides, cholesterol), changes in body weight, increased CPK levels, generalized edema.
From the digestive tract. Uncommon Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, bloating, constipation, dry mouth, abdominal pain, and discomfort.
The simultaneous administration of atazanavir or nelfinavir with proton pump inhibitors is not recommended, since this may decrease the concentration of atazanavir or nelfinavir in the blood plasma, followed by a decrease in their therapeutic effect and the development of resistance.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C in its original packaging, out of the reach of children.
Shelf life is 2 years.
