    Pharmacological properties

    Guayazulene has anti-inflammatory, regenerating and antioxidant effects. due to an inhibitory effect on the release of histamine by mastocyte-like cells of the gastric mucosa, guaiazulene inhibits acid secretion and thus has an antacid effect.
    Dimethicone is the most widely used therapeutic silicones. In gastroenterological practice, dimethicone is used to reduce foaming and gas formation, it has an adsorbing and enveloping effect.

    Indications

    Symptomatic treatment of functional disorders of the esophagus, stomach or duodenum, accompanied by pain.

    Application

    If pain occurs, adults take 1 capsule with water.
    Do not use more than 4 capsules per day.

    Contraindications

    Interactions

    Antacids containing aluminum hydroxide and magnesium carbonate adsorb silicones and may reduce the effectiveness of dimethicone.
