A herbal medicine used to relieve sleep disorders (such as sleeplessness and difficulty falling asleep) and mild states of nervous tension (e.g. fatigue, nervousness and irritability).
Mild nervous tension: 1 tablet up to 3 times a day
Sleep disturbance: 1 tablet in half to one hour before going to bed.
If necessary, an additional dose can be taken earlier in the evening.
A maximum of 4 tablets can be taken per day.
The active substance is dry valerian root extract (3-6: 1).
Each coated tablet contains 445 mg (dry) valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L. s.l., radix) (3-6: 1). Extraction solvent: ethanol 70% (V / V).
The other ingredients are: maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica.
Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, precipitated silica.
Coating: talc, sucrose, calcium carbonate (E170), acacia spray dried, titanium dioxide (E 171), shellac, heavy kaolin, purified castor oil, macrogol 6000.
