Polfungicid is a clear, colorless or slightly brown liquid used to treat fungal and bacterial infections of the nails and skin. The active substances are chlormidazole hydrochloride and salicylic acid.
Polfungicid 50 mg / 10 mg is used for:
treatment of fungal and bacterial infections of nails and skin - interdigital mycoses, especially those of the nail
The fluid contains:
active substances: chlormidazole hydrochloride 50 mg / ml, salicylic acid 10 mg / ml,
the other ingredients are: isopropyl alcohol, edetate disodium, propylene glycol, purified water.
Polfungicide is a preparation with antifungal and antibacterial properties.

The usual dose of Polfungicid is 2-3 times a day to brush the affected area with the solution.

All medicines can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders such as local signs of skin irritation.
Salicylic acid can change the permeability of the skin to other substances used at the same time, therefore the administration of other preparations and cosmetics to the treated skin should be avoided.
If you experience reddening, burning or itching of the skin treated with the medicine, stop using it and see your doctor.
Avoid contact of the preparation with the eyes and mucous membranes. When the preparation comes into contact with the eye or mucosa, rinse them with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
The preparation contains propylene glycol and may cause skin irritation.
