    Indications

    Pain ailments of various origins of mild and moderate intensity, including: headache, toothache, muscle pain, joint pain; ailments associated with colds and flu with fever.

    Composition

    1 tablet contains: active substance: acetylsalicylic acid 500 mg. Other ingredients: corn starch; modified corn starch; hypromellose; methacrylic acid copolymer; talc; titanium dioxide (E171); triethyl citrate; cochineal red lake (E124); colloidal anhydrous silica; sodium bicarbonate; sodium lauryl sulfate.

    Action

    Analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic.

    Dosage

    The preparation should be taken with or after a meal. Swallow the tablets whole with plenty of liquid. Adults: from 500 mg to 1000 mg at a time (1 to 2 tablets). If necessary, the dose can be repeated 2 or 3 times a day. Adolescents over 12 years of age: 500 to 1000 mg (1 to 2 tablets) daily. A daily dose of 3 g should not be exceeded.
    Contraindications
    If you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or any of the other ingredients of this medicine; if the patient is allergic to acetylsalicylic acid, it occurs in 0.3% of the population, including 20% ​​of patients with bronchial asthma or chronic urticaria. Symptoms of hypersensitivity: urticaria and even shock may occur within 3 hours of taking acetylsalicylic acid; if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations with symptoms such as bronchospasm, rhinitis, shock; if you have bronchial asthma, chronic respiratory disease, hay fever or swelling of the nasal mucosa, as patients with these conditions may react to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations with asthma attacks, limited swelling of the skin and mucosa (angioedema) or urticaria more often than other patients; if you have an active stomach ulcer and / or duodenal ulcer and gastrointestinal inflammation or bleeding (gastrointestinal bleeding may occur or ulcer may become active); if you have severe liver, kidney or heart failure; if you have a blood clotting disorder (e.g. haemophilia, thrombocytopenia) and - if you are receiving treatment with anticoagulants (e.g. coumarin derivatives, heparin); if you suffer from glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (a rare hereditary disease); if you are concomitantly receiving methotrexate in doses of 15 mg per week or more due to the harmful effects on the bone marrow; in children under the age of 16; if you are in the third trimester of pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding.
