The herb of creeping anchors contains a complex of biologically active substances: flavonoids, steroid saponins, tannins, phytosterols, macro- and microelements (Fe, Mg, Ca, K, Ni, Sr, Cd, Cu, Zn, Mn, Co, Al, Ba, Se, Pb), vitamin C. Selenium-methionine - 15 mg (equivalent to 165 mcg of selenium).
Excipients: fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, amorphous silicon dioxide).
Capsule shell: gelatin, colorants (titanium dioxide, indigo).
Adults (men) take one capsule daily, with or without food, with plenty of drinking water.
If necessary, it is possible to increase the daily dose to 2 capsules.
