Neomycin - an antibiotic that prevents secondary infections and treats local infections caused by staphylococci and sensitive Gram-negative bacteria. Aesculin stops vascular bleeding and reduces swelling. The preparation reduces the symptoms of haemorrhoids such as inflammation, pain, swelling and bleeding.
