Pueria Duo is a dietary supplement intended for pregnant women from 15 weeks and breastfeeding women. It is in the form of two types of capsules. Some contain a set of vitamins and minerals (choline in combination with folates, iodine, vitamin D recommended by the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians), while the other capsules contain DHA - an omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid. It is recommended to consume 1 capsule with a set of vitamins and minerals and 2 capsules with DHA daily. A package containing 90 capsules is enough for 30 days of supplementation.

Foils:

in the supplement, they appear in the form of two chemical forms: pteroylmonoglutamic acid and the active form of calcium L-methylfolate,

The Pueria Duo dietary supplement does not contain fillers, dyes or preservatives. It also does not contain iron, the supplementation of which is recommended only in specific cases, and its excess may adversely affect the course of pregnancy.

Supplementing the diet with active ingredients of the preparation.

Pregnant women from the 13th week, breastfeeding women: 3 capsules a day: 1 capsule with vitamins and minerals + 2 capsules with DHA.

Capsules with vitamins and minerals: choline bitartrate; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule); folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate); folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); iodine (potassium iodide); vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

DHA capsules: fish omega-3 triglycerides (including DHA and EPA); beef gelatin (capsule); humectant: glycerol.

1 capsule with vitamins and minerals contains:

folic acid 612 µg (306%) * with: calcium L-methylfolate 312 µg (156%) *, pteroylmonoglutamic acid 300 µg (150%) *; vitamin D 50 µg (1000%) *, iodine 200 µg (133%) *, choline 130 mg.

1 DHA capsule contains:
