Medicine for heart Pumpan renders hypotensive, metabolic, ant ischemic and cardio tonic influence. The medicine promotes stabilization of a blood pressure at patients with arterial hypertension, normalization of a cordial rhythm. Drug has slight diuretic impact. The anti-anginal effect is provided with increase of level of alpha lipoproteins, decrease in the general cholesterol.
Pumpan has an antioxidant effect, that is, protects cells from free radical damage.
Also, the drug reduces the blood's ability to clot, normalizes blood plasma fibrinogen and prothrombin index stabilizes. When taking Pumpan high blood pressure and abnormal lipid metabolism return back to normal. This product reduced excitability of the nervous system.

Drug Interactions:
There is no known cases of adverse interaction with other medicationsIfPumpan is taken with other cardio-vascular medications physician’s recommendations should be followed. It is recommended to allow 20 minutes between medication administrations. Unhealthy lifestyle, poor unbalanced nutrition may contribute to negative reaction and reduce effectiveness of the drug.
Specific application:
Consult your healthcare provider if you experience arrhythmia as it may affect heart activity (supraventricular and ventricular beats). Patients with alcohol dependency should not be taking Pumpan because it contains 160 ml of alcohol. Alcohol content should also be considered by pregnant and breastfeeding patients, children and patients with liver disease and epilepsy.
At the beginning of treatment with this drug the symptoms of diseases may slightly increase. This is a temporary phenomenon, so it is not necessary to cancel the drug. The composition of the tablets include lactose, however in this form of drug release are not prescribed to patients unable to tolerate the substance. Such people reduced lactase levels - an enzyme that promotes the breakdown of milk sugar, and receiving Pumpan tablets will cause flatulence, abdominal pain and diarrhea. These patients can take Pumpan only in the form of droplets.

There is no data about the drug effect during pregnancy and lactation therefore consult your healthcare provider before taking the drug to weigh the risks and the benefits of the medication.

Usage and Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years take 10 drops diluted in small amount of water.
In the initial stages of treatment or for rapid improvement of symptoms the dug can be taken every hour up to 8 times but no more than 3 days.
For best results Pumpan should be taken between meals (30 minutes before or 1 hour after), hold the drug in your mount for a few moments before swallowing.
Treatment may last 2-3 month. Once the symptoms improve, the medication administration can be reduced to 1-2 times per day.
Children. This drug should not be used for children under 12 years. For children over 12 years Pumpan is not recommended if the patient experience tachycardia, and very rarely at night time bradycardia.
Overdose:There are no known cases of overdose. If you exceed recommended dose consult your healthcare provider.
Side effects:Allergic reaction may occur if the patient is hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. There is no data about frequency of adverse reactions. .
