    Product description

    Rubital syrup is a traditional herbal medicinal product for use in specific indications resulting only from its long-term use. The syrup contains an aqueous extract (macerate) of marshmallow root, which is traditionally applied to the mucosa of the mouth and throat as a protective preparation to protect against irritation symptoms. This use is related to the plant mucus content of marshmallow root and its viscosity. Marshmallow root mucus forms colloidal solutions that cover the mucous membranes with a thin layer and protect them. Moreover, the mucus protects the affected area
    throat mucosa and soothes cough.

    Indications

    Incidentally, in inflammation of the mouth and throat: hoarseness, cough, e.g. in the course of a cold; in irritation of the oral mucosa and throat.
    Traditional herbal medicinal product used to soothe the symptoms of oropharyngeal mucosa irritation and the associated dry cough.

    Composition

    100 g of syrup contains: active substance: 26.6 g of water macerate with 2 g of marshmallow root (1:20) (extractant: mixture of water and ethanol 39 + 1) and auxiliary substances: 0.2% sodium benzoate, sucrose, sodium benzoate, syrup raspberry (raspberry juice, sucrose).

    Action

    It soothes cough and protects the mucosa of the mouth and throat.

    Dosage

    Orally:
    - children from 3 to 12 years of age: 20 ml of syrup, the dose can be repeated, depending on the severity of irritation symptoms, up to 3 times a day;
    - children over 13 years of age and adults: 20 ml of syrup, the dose can be repeated, depending on the severity of irritation symptoms, up to several times a day (3-4 times).

    Contraindications

    Hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the product; children under 3 years of age. It is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
