    Sinulan Express Forte is a nasal spray for children from 12 years and adults supporting the treatment of sinusitis and runny nose.

    Indications for use of the Sinulan Express Forte 15ml aerosol:

    For use in the treatment of symptoms of sinusitis and rhinitis of various origins; for children over 12 years of age, and adults, including pregnant and lactating women.

    Features:

    It is a medical device in the form of a nasal spray for use in the treatment of symptoms of sinusitis and rhinitis of various origins. It has an innovative and patented composition with a unique mechanism of action.

    How does Sinulan Express Forte work?

    It contracts the vessels of the mucosa, thanks to which it detaches the nose, has an analgesic effect, eliminates bacteria and viruses, and also protects the surface of the nasal mucosa from drying, irritation and external factors. It works quickly - 15 minutes after application - it constricts the nasal mucosa, thanks to which it clears the nose, at the same time reduces the causes of the problem, and does not dry the mucosa. It has long-lasting effects and can be used chronically (over 7 days). Does not irritate or dry the nasal mucosa. It is safe for pregnant women and nursing mothers. No side effects have been reported after using the preparation.

    Method of use and dosage of Sinulan Express Forte 15ml spray:

    2-3 doses in each nostril, 2-3 times a day, and if necessary more often, until complete recovery. Apply while inhaling. A slight tingling sensation due to the mechanism of action of Sinulan Express Forte may be felt each time during the first 10-15 minutes after application. If irritation is too intense or persists for too long, it is recommended to stop using the product due to the possibility of an allergic reaction to one of the components of Sinulan Express Forte. The preparation has an effect about 10-15 minutes after application, resulting in a significant increase in nasal discharge. During this time, do not reapply. It may take up to 4-6 hours for nasal secretions to increase, depending on the initial degree of nasal blockage (nasal congestion). Contact your doctor if your symptoms persist after 7 days of using Sinulan Express Forte nasal spray.

    Contraindications:

    When should you not use Sinulan Express Forte spray? Do not use if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any component of the preparation. Sinulan Express Forte nasal spray is not harmful if swallowed. Due to the initial tingling sensation, Sinulan Express Forte nasal spray is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

    The composition of the Sinulan Express Forte medical device:

    Second-generation filmogen (glycerol, hydroxypropyl cellulose), water, essential oils: Eucalyptus globulus, Mentha piperita, Rosmarinus officinalis, Thymus satureioides.

    As for me, a sensational product - based on herbs, i.e. without chemicals, quickly unblocks the sinuses. It is a pity that it is not Polish, it is a product and it is quite expensive.

    I have a big sinus problem and am waiting for surgery. I use sinulan with every major catarrh and can recommend this drug. After a few days of using it, I feel great relief, I don't have a stuffy nose and no problem with a runny nose. Before that, I was tired for a month.

    The product cleans the sinuses very well. At the first moment after use, it bakes (as the manufacturer warns), but after a few minutes the sensation wears off and the nose begins to cleanse a lot.

    Very effective against a runny nose, although not very pleasant to apply. But an effective remedy must be bitter, and in this case, a little bit of a pinch.
