Sinumedin is a preparation that is used for rhinitis and sinusitis, as well as for allergies. The active substances contained in the preparation have an antihistamine and antiallergic effect (mepyramine) and reduce congestion of the mucosa and clear the nose and paranasal sinuses (phenylephrine), making it easier to breathe. Additionally, the excipient cetalkonium chloride has antibacterial properties. It is intended for adults and children over 6 years of age. The small, easy-to-carry package allows the solution to be used anytime and anywhere.

The preparation soothes a runny nose, clears the nose and paranasal sinuses, facilitates breathing, has antibacterial properties.
Children over 6 years of age and adults: 2 doses in each nasal passage every 4 to 6 hours.
The preparation is administered intranasally.
Do not use the preparation more than 5 times a day or longer than 3 days.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
The product should not be used in children under 6 years of age and in people suffering from asthma or drying rhinitis.
The product should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Keep the preparation out of the sight and reach of children.

After using the preparation, the following may occur: tachycardia, palpitations, arrhythmia, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, sedation, insomnia, weakness, diarrhea, nausea, constipation, hypertension, irritation and nasal congestion, dry mucous membranes.
