Sinupret® forte tablets are used for acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses.

Structure

One tablet contains (active ingredients) dried medicinal plants in powder form:

sorrel herbs (Herba Rumisi) - 36 mg;
verbena herbs (Herba Verbenae) - 36 mg;
gentian root (Radix Gentianae) - 12 mg;
elderberry flowers (Flores Sambusi) - 36 mg;
primrose flowers with a calyx (Flоres Prоmulаe сum Calisibus) - 36 mg.

Excipients: acrylate copolymer, aluminum hydroxide, mountain glycolic wax, purified water, glucose solution, dextrin, gelatin, indigo carmine (E 132), stearic acid, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate (E 170), potato starch, corn starch, lactose monohydrate, light magnesium oxide, copper chlorophyllin (E 141), refined castor oil, riboflavin (E 101), sucrose, sorbitol (E 420), talc, titanium dioxide (E 171), shellac.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the active or other components of the preparation, to other types of primrose, as well as an ulcer.

Mode of application

For adults and children over 12 years old, use one tablet 3 times a day. The tablets should be taken without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid. Patients with gastritis or functional indigestion (called "sensitive stomach") should take the preparation after meals.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the recommended course of treatment is 7-14 days.

Pregnant

During pregnancy and lactation, the preparation can be used only after a clear diagnosis by the doctor and an assessment of the benefit to the mother / risk to the fetus (child) ratio.

Children

Do not use in children under 12 years of age due to lack of research.

Drivers

The preparation does not affect the reaction rate when driving or using other mechanisms.

Overdose

Overdose cases are currently unknown. Possibly increased occurrence of these side reactions - in this case, you should consult a doctor.

Treatment: symptomatic therapy.

Side effects

Gastrointestinal disturbances (eg, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort) are rare. In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions occur, including rash, skin redness, itching, hives, Quincke's edema, shortness of breath, facial swelling.

If any adverse reactions occur, you should stop using the preparation and be sure to consult a doctor.

Do not take this preparation again at the first sign of hypersensitivity / allergic reaction.

Storage conditions

Store in its original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C, out of the reach of children.

Shelf life is 3 years.

The best product to support the purification of the paranasal sinuses. Others (possibly not primrose) aren't that good. After 2-3 days, positive effects are observed, which we have checked many times. You just need to be careful in case of problems with ulcers or gastritis, as the drug irritates them.

In my son's case, when he had a cold (he had no fever, only his sinuses), I used the drug prescribed by Sinupret. It has a long action but is very effective. Several months have passed since I used them. The tablets are small and easy for a child to swallow. After that, they are coated, which also makes the drug easy to swallow. I recommend!

The drug is very good for people suffering from chronic (chronic) sinusitis. I have been using it for several years. With longer use (as a preventive measure), 1 tablet a day during breakfast is sufficient.

Proven and very effective remedy for sinus problems, especially the paranasal ones. In 2-3 days it thins the mucus. You just have to be careful with a sensitive stomach or peptic ulcer disease because it can irritate.

Sinupret are amazing tablets. I started using them while pregnant and having problems with a runny nose and a cold. They are herbal and I could take them without any problems without harming my baby. They helped me then and now they are an indispensable element of my first aid kit.
