    Liquid vitamin D3 enables supplementation of the diet with this ingredient. Half of the dropper (0.5 ml) contains 2500 IU (62.5 µg) of natural vitamin D3 ready for consumption. You can also add it to drinks and vegetable or fruit juices.

    Recommended intake

    Take 1/2 dropper (0.5 ml) daily. The product can be eaten on its own or as an addition to soups, vegetable and fruit juices and salads.
