Description

Indications.

Acute mental disorders. Chronic mental disorders (schizophrenia, chronic disorders of a non-schizophrenic nature: paranoid states, chronic hallucinatory psychosis).

Contraindications.

Hypersensitivity to sulpiride or any of the excipients of the preparation.

Known or suspected diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.

Acute porphyria.

Concomitant prolactin-dependent tumors (eg, prolactin-secreting pituitary adenoma (prolactinoma) and breast cancer).

Simultaneous use with dopamine receptor agonists not for the treatment of Parkinson's disease (cabergoline, quinagolide), citalopram and escitalopram, hydroxyzine, domperidone and piperazine (see Section "Interaction with other preparations and other types of interactions").

Breast-feeding (see section "Use during pregnancy or lactation").

Compound

active ingredient: sulpiride;

1 tablet contains sulpiride 200 mg

excipients: lactose, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Method of application and dose.

For oral use.

The lowest effective dose should always be given. If the patient's clinical condition permits, treatment should be initiated at a low dose, followed by gradual dose titration.

Sulpiride should be taken at least 1:00 before or 2:00 after a meal.

The preparation in this dosage form for adults.

The daily dose is 200-1000 mg.

Patients with impaired renal function. For this group of patients, the dose should be adjusted according to the degree of impaired renal function, the dose should be reduced or the interval between doses should be extended.

Children.

It is not recommended to use the preparation in this dosage form for children.
