    Indications

    Short-term symptomatic treatment of sulpiride anxiety in adults in cases where conventional therapeutic measures have failed.
    Serious behavioral disorders (agitation (anxiety), self-harm, stereotypy) in children over 6 years of age, especially in patients with autistic syndromes.

    Contraindications

    Hypersensitivity to sulpiride or any of the excipients of the preparation sulpiride.
    Known or suspected diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.
    Acute porphyria.
    Concomitant prolactin-dependent tumors (eg, prolactin-secreting pituitary adenoma (prolactinoma) and breast cancer).

    Compound

    active ingredient sulpiride:
    1 capsule contains 50 mg or 100 mg sulpiride
    excipients sulpiride:
    hard gelatin capsule for 50 mg gelatin, titanium dioxide (E 171)
    hard gelatin capsule for 100 mg gelatin, titanium dioxide (E 171), quinoline yellow (E 104), iron oxide red (E 172).

    Dosage and administration

    Sulpiride for oral administration.
    Sulpiride should be taken at least 1:00 before or 2:00 after a meal, since the presence of food in the stomach reduces the absorption of the preparation sulpiride by 30%.
    Sulpiride should not be taken simultaneously with antacids or sucralfate (between the introduction of these agents and sulpiride there should be a certain time interval - more than 2:00, if possible).
    Patients with impaired renal function For this group of patients, the dose should be adjusted according to the degree of impaired renal function, the dose should be reduced or the interval between doses should be extended.
    Children
    The use of sulpiride hard capsules in children under 6 years of age is contraindicated, as this can lead to airway obstruction.
