    Product description

    Alflorex is a biologically active food supplement containing a unique probiotic strain Bifidobacterium longum longum 35624®, studied in a number of scientific studies. Each Alflorex capsule contains one billion Bifidobacterium longum longum 35624® bacteria and is gluten and lactose free.

    Active ingredients

    The B. longum longum 35624® strain in Alflorex has been thoroughly studied for 15 years by the Irish company Alimentary Health Ltd. at the APC Microbiome Institute, one of the leading international scientific institutions for the study of gut microbiota health, and currently B. longum longum 35624® has the best evidence base for efficacy in gut problems.

    I learned about bifidobacterium infantis 35624 from scientific publications (that they are helpful in skin inflammation). A few months (I don't remember exactly, but less than half a year) of regular use helped to improve the condition of the nails (from thimble to much smoother). I recommend sincerely :)
