    Indications:

    Due to the content of ingredients with an emollient effect, Tanno-Hermal cream is especially recommended for use in inflammatory lesions with dry skin, e.g. in atopic dermatitis, in hand eczema, in the area of ​​leg ulcers. The cream can be used on skin lesions in sensitive areas of the body, such as the face, groin, intimate areas and skin folds.

    Properties:

    Tanno-Hermal cream is a medical device containing 1% synthetic tannin suspended in an emollient cream. Thanks to the astringent effect of synthetic tannin, it has a drying effect and strengthens the epidermal barrier. Synthetic tannin creates a protective barrier on the diseased surfaces of the skin. The drying out of inflamed, oozing areas of the skin and the associated scab formation deprives bacteria and fungi of their food, which contributes to inhibiting the further spread of skin infections. An additional effect of drying and the effect of a protective barrier is the reduction of the severity of itching and skin irritation. Thus, Tanno-Hermal cream protects the epidermal barrier and enables its regeneration.
    Tanno-Hermal cream can be used without age restrictions: from the first day of life and in the elderly, as well as during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The product can be used on large areas of the body and without time limits, it also does not pose a risk of interaction with other medical devices or medicinal products.

    Composition

    100 g of the solution contains 40 g of synthetic tannin (tannin)
    the other ingredients are: water, isopropylene myristate, stearyl alcohol stearate oxidized with 5 moles of ethylene oxide, propylene glycol, cetyl alcohol, pallalic acid, ethoxylated stearyl alcohol with 2 moles of ethylene oxide, leuryl alcohol ethoxylated with 10 moles of ethylene oxide, macrogol ethylene oxide, phenolic acid stearyl (21) phenyl dimethicone, dimethicone.
