Tablets "Tigofast-120" are used for the symptomatic treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and children over 12 years of age.
The active ingredient is fexofenadine hydrochloride (one coated tablet contains 120 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride).
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, sodium starch glycolate (type A), colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, Insta Coat White film coating (ethylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide (E 171)), talc.

For adults and children over 12 years of age, prescribe the preparation for seasonal allergic rhinitis - 120 mg once a day. Take orally before meals with water. The duration of treatment is determined individually, depending on the severity of the disease.
Pregnant
Fexofenadine hydrochloride should not be used during pregnancy, except in cases of extreme necessity, when the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the possible risk to the fetus.
Since fexofenadine passes into breast milk, the preparation should not be used during breastfeeding.
Children
In this dosage, the preparation should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Drivers
Based on the pharmacodynamic profile and known side effects, it can be concluded that taking this preparation does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and perform work that requires concentration. When conducting objective studies, it was found that the preparation does not significantly affect the functions of the central nervous system (CNS). However, it is recommended to evaluate the individual response to the preparation before starting to drive or perform work that requires concentration.
Most reports of fexofenadine hydrochloride overdose are not informative enough. Thus, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth have been reported.
In case of overdose, the usual measures for the removal of unabsorbed active ingredients should be applied. Symptomatic and supportive therapy is recommended. Removal of fexofenadine hydrochloride from the blood by hemodialysis is ineffective.
From the nervous system: headache, drowsiness, dizziness.
From the gastrointestinal tract: nausea, diarrhea, epigastric cramps.
General disorders and reactions at the injection site: a feeling of increased fatigue.
From the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions, including Quincke's edema, chest tightness, shortness of breath, facial flushing and systemic anaphylactic reactions, dyspnea, hot flashes.
From the side of the psyche: insomnia, increased irritability and sleep disturbances or unusual dreams (paroniria).
From the heart: tachycardia, increased heart rate.
Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: rash, exanthema, urticaria, itching.
