Vagisan Cremolum are vaginal globules that dissolve when inserted into the vagina to form a smooth, soothing cream. It relieves symptoms such as dryness, burning, itching, minor wounds and pain in the vagina, caused by dryness caused by various causes. The globules contain a buffer of lactic acid and calcium lactate that gives the cream a pH of 4.5, helping to maintain a healthy vaginal environment. Vagisan Cremolum does not contain hormones, so if necessary, they can be used together with hormone replacement therapy or alternately with vaginal creams or pessaries containing hormones (estrogens).
Complaints caused by vaginal dryness, such as dryness, burning, itching, slight abrasions and pain during intercourse.
The globules should be inserted as deeply as possible into the vagina - preferably before going to bed. This is best done lying on your back with your legs slightly bent. Wearing a panty liner is recommended. To remove the globule from the package, first separate it along the perforation from the rest of the globules in the strip. The globule should be removed from the blister by tearing the foil downwards using the V-shaped opening in the foil for easy opening. The pessary can then be pushed out of the blister foil. Daily use is recommended at first. When symptoms improve, the frequency of application can be adjusted to individual needs, e.g. reduced or 2 to 3 times a week.
