For use in adults for the symptomatic treatment of pain of various origins of high intensity, pains associated with contractile states of smooth muscles of the genitourinary system (renal colic, dysmenorrhea), gastrointestinal tract (intestinal colic, irritable bowel syndrome), biliary tract (inflammation of the vesicle) inflammation of the bile ducts) when the use of other agents is contraindicated.
Each film-coated tablet contains (active substances) 400 mg of metamizole sodium, 60 mg of caffeine and 40 mg of drotaverine hydrochloride. The other ingredients (excipients) are microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, crospovidone, talc, magnesium sterate, coating composition: polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E171), talc, lecithin, xanthan gum. The preparation contains sodium and lactose monohydrate.
Analgesic, diastolic for smooth muscles.
The recommended dose for adults, if necessary, is 1 or 2 tablets two or three times a day, not more frequently than every 6-8 hours. The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets. Oral use. Always take the lowest dose necessary to control your pain. If the symptoms do not improve after 3-5 days of using Vemonis Femi or the symptoms worsen despite taking the product, the patient should see a doctor immediately.
Do not take the preparation if you are allergic to metamizole, caffeine, drotaverine, pyrazolone derivatives (e.g. phenazone, propyphenazone), or pyrazolidines, if you have low white blood cell count, bone marrow or haematopoietic disorders, asthma or intolerance related to taking certain painkillers, if the patient has severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, heart failure, second and third degree atrioventricular block, certain metabolic disorders, anemia, if the patient is under 18 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all the preparations you are taking or have recently taken, and about any preparations you plan to take.
