Venocor injection solution is indicated for:
Active ingredient: ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate;
1 ml of solution contains 50 mg of ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate;
Excipients: sodium metabisulfite (E 223), water for injection.
Acute hepatic or renal failure, hypersensitivity to the drug, childhood, pregnancy, lactation.
Venocor is prescribed intramuscularly or intravenously (jet, drip). Doses are selected individually. When administered by infusion, the drug should be diluted in physiological sodium chloride solution (200 ml). Treatment of adults begins with a dose of 50-100 mg 1-3 times a day, gradually increasing the dose until a therapeutic effect is obtained. Jet Venocor is injected slowly over 5-7 minutes, drip - at a rate of 40-60 drops per minute. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 800 mg.

Venocor enhances the effect of benzodiazepine anxiolytics, anticonvulsants (carbamazepine), antiparkinsonian drugs (levodopa). Reduces the toxic effect of ethyl alcohol.
