To prevent vitamin D deficiency in the case of absorption disorders in children and adults: 6-10 tablets per day. For adjuvant osteoporosis: 2 tablets daily. Newborns, infants and young children: dissolve the tablet in water on a teaspoon and give the water suspension to the child directly into the mouth, preferably with a meal. Adults: take a tablet with sufficient liquid.
