    VIGANTOLETTEN MAX 2000J.M. 60 CAPSULES

    Vitamin D helps in maintaining healthy bones and the proper functioning of muscles, the proper functioning of the immune system, maintaining normal blood calcium levels.

    Application:

    dietary supplementation with ingredients contained in the product.

    Recommended intake:

    take 1 capsule daily with a sufficient amount of water.

    Ingredients:

    oil containing medium chain triglycerides (palm / coconut oil); beef gelatin; binder: glycerol; antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol; cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

    Convenient dose compared with Vigantoletten "drug" (1000 IU). I take on resistance, apparently it is necessary in our climate and potato couch lifestyle. And now there is a need to sit at home, so you have to get this sun effect from somewhere. If, however, a doctor prescribed vitamin D to someone, it would probably be the "drug" version, and I would stick to that.
