Aboca Vitamin C Naturcomplex is a supplement in sachets that provides the recommended daily dose of vitamin C along with other substances naturally occurring in acerola extract. Vitamin C, among other things, helps in: proper functioning of the immune system, contributes to reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and in the proper functioning of the nervous system, and also increases iron absorption.

Saccharides from wheat starch, acerola (Malpighia punicifolia) freeze-dried fruit extract (concentrated acerola juice, inulin from chicory root), black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) dry fruit extract (concentrated black elderberry juice, acacia gum), natural orange flavor.

Adults and adolescents from 11 years of age: 2 sachets a day.

For better absorption, it is better to take them separately, e.g. one in the morning and one in the evening.

Children from 4 years of age: 1 sachet a day.

It is recommended to take the contents of the sachet dissolved directly in the mouth or diluted in a small amount of water, fruit juice or yogurt.
