    Properties:

    VITRUM D3 forte contains 2000 IU vitamin D, thanks to which it is easier to maintain its proper level in the body. The appropriate concentration of vitamin D in the body contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and proper muscle work.

    In addition, it helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, and facilitates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the gastrointestinal tract.

    Vitamin D is also involved in the process of cell division. Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of falls associated with postural instability and muscle weakness. Falls are a risk factor for bone fractures in people of both sexes aged 60 and over.

    Recommended intake:

    The preparation is bought at an internet pharmacy. It is worth checking the Ceneo.pl website because the difference between pharmacies in the price of the preparation is really big. In the Medest pharmacy, the only downside is the fact that no one informs you that the product is ready for collection. The fact that the purchases were made in the pre-Christmas period, so maybe hence the lack of information.

    After less than two weeks, I noticed less hair loss, I wanted a product with biotin, cheaper than some advertised product, I think that both products would work, but here the price is lower. It meets all my expectations, and even more, because I did not expect quick effects;) I don't have a babyhair yet, but the entire sweater and carpet are not in my hair ... Iron is normal, thyroid is also ok, so as you can see, biotin was needed.

    I do not evaluate products recommended for use by a doctor. However, I appreciate the use of the packaging for the above-mentioned product - the right amount in the right bottle. There is an identical packaging containing 60 capsules - which seems to be a waste.
