    Zafakol IQ is a dietary supplement for normalizing the condition and regulating the functioning of the intestines.

    Active components

    BUTYRIC ACID belongs to fatty acids with a short chain, which is formed in the large intestine in the process of fermentation and fiber by microbiota and performs the following functions:

    • improves the protective barrier of the intestinal mucosa and prevents the penetration of pathogenic microorganisms and toxins from the intestinal lumen into the bloodstream, which can reduce the risk of developing some autoimmune, allergic, inflammatory, neurological and metabolic conditions;
    • stimulates the synthesis of mucin (a special protective layer of the intestinal wall);
    • improves the condition and functioning of the normal intestinal microbiota by stimulating the production of antimicrobial substances and regulating the pH of the intestinal contents;
    • provides body cells with energy (including epithelial cells of the intestinal mucosa and brain cells), restores their membranes;
    • strengthens connections between cells of the mucous membrane by increasing the expression of tight junction proteins (claudin, occludin, zonulin);
    • regulates the normal development of cells of the intestinal mucosa;
    • regulates the balance of the inflammatory reaction;
    • has an antioxidant effect;
    • regulates intestinal motility;
    • regulates the absorption and release of water and electrolytes in the intestines;
    • reduces the increased sensitivity of the intestines to external stimuli and reduces unpleasant sensations in the intestines;

    INULIN is a fructooligosaccharide (complex carbohydrate of vegetable origin) that belongs to the group of prebiotics and is fermented under the influence of normal intestinal microbiota to form endogenous butyric acid. It has the following properties:

    • contributes to the restoration of normal intestinal microbiota and inhibition of pathogenic microorganisms;
    • regulates intestinal motility;
    • promotes absorption of vitamins and trace elements (calcium, magnesium and others);
    • improves carbohydrate and fat metabolism in the body (reduction of glucose, triglycerides and cholesterol);
    • improves detoxification, secretory, excretory and immune functions of the gastrointestinal tract.

    LACTOBACILLUS and BIFIDOBACTERIUM are components of normal intestinal microbiota and contribute to:

    • maintenance and normalization of intestinal microbiota and protection against intestinal infections due to a high degree of attachment to the intestinal mucosa, inhibitory activity against pathogenic and opportunistic flora, production of organic acids (lactic and acetic) and a decrease in the pH level in the intestine;
    • reducing the permeability of the intestinal mucosa for pathogens, toxins and allergens;
    • increasing the speed of regeneration of the mucous membrane;
    • improving digestion and absorption of nutrients, vitamins and minerals;
    • synthesis of B vitamins, vitamin K, folic and nicotinic acids;
    • absorption of calcium and vitamin D3;
    • normalization of intestinal peristalsis.

    Lactobacillus Helveticus and Bifidobacterium Londum contribute to the reduction of feelings of anxiety, manifestations of stress and depression due to their anxiolytic effect.

    VITAMIN D3 (cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that performs the following functions:

    • maintains the necessary levels of calcium and phosphorus in the blood for the formation of bones and preservation of their structure;
    • regulates muscle tone;
    • contributes to the preservation and restoration of the protective barrier of the intestinal mucosa by strengthening dense intercellular contacts and improving the condition of normal intestinal microbiota (stimulates the production of antimicrobial substances);
    • regulates the normal development of cells of the intestinal mucosa;
    • participates in the regulation of the body's immune activity;
    • regulates the balance of the inflammatory reaction;
    • has an antioxidant effect.

    Features

    Taking into account the above-mentioned properties of the components and the special technology and programmed release in the intestine, Zafakol IQ can be recommended as an additional remedy for:

    • functional disorders of the intestines, dyspeptic phenomena, violation of the regulation of bowel movements, disorders of the gastrointestinal tract;
    • inflammatory phenomena in the intestinal mucosa;

    Indications for use

    Dietary supplement to the diet - an additional source of butyric acid, vitamin D3, inulin, lacto- and bifidobacteria. Due to the complex action of the components, Zafakol IQ contributes to: normal functioning of the cells of the mucous membrane of the large intestine, elimination of discomfort in the intestine, regulation of bowel movements, maintenance of normal balance and optimization of the qualitative composition of the intestinal microflora, improvement of the quality of life and psycho-emotional state of a person.

    Application method

    Children from 12 years old 1 tablet per day, adults 1-2 tablets per day.

    Use internally, after meals, without chewing, with drinking water. The tablet cannot be broken.

    The recommended duration of use is 30 days. Further consumption is determined by the doctor individually.

    Do not exceed the recommended portion for daily consumption.
