ZEST Antistress MgB6 Retard is recommended to be used as a dietary supplement to the diet, as an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6 in case of insufficient intake of magnesium and vitamin B6 or in case of an increased need of the body for these microelements in case of:

insufficient intake of magnesium with food (diet, unbalanced diet, alcohol abuse, etc.);
frequent stress;
impaired absorption of magnesium in the gastrointestinal tract (diarrhea, chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, hypoparathyroidism)
diabetes mellitus
pregnancy and breastfeeding;
old age;
excessive loss of magnesium by the kidneys (chronic kidney disease, the use of certain medicines).

Composition of 1 tablet

Active ingredients: magnesium oxide - 437.67 mg (mg) (corresponding to 264 mg (mg) magnesium), magnesium hydroxide - 252.46 mg (mg) (corresponding to 100 mg (mg) magnesium), pyridoxine hydrochloride - 22.12 mg (mg) (which corresponds to 5 mg (mg) of vitamin B6) Excipients: fillers: D-mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose; acidity regulator: citric acid; stabilizers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; antispersing agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium carboxymethylcellulose crosslinked, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide colorants: iron oxide yellow, iron oxide black, brilliant blue FCF, indigotin.

Tablet ZEST Antistress MgB6 Retard consists of three layers, promotes the separate release of microelements and their better absorption.

ZEST Antistress MgB6 Retard are three-layer tablets with differential release of components in three phases:

"Fast" layer contains magnesium oxide, provides the release of components within 5 minutes after ingestion;

The “middle” layer contains vitamin B6, ensures the release of the components within 45 minutes after ingestion and makes it impossible for the components to react negatively both during storage and during the assimilation of the tablet;

The "prolonged" layer contains magnesium hydroxide, provides the release of the components within 8:00 after ingestion.

Method of administration and recommended daily dose

For adults and children from 11 years old, 1 tablet 1 time per day in the morning after meals with a glass of water.
