It is synthesized in the dark and its maximum concentration is reached at night. Lack of sleep at night, working night shifts, the aging process, changing time zones - all this leads to a decrease in the synthesis of melatonin in the body. Melatonin contributes to the normalization of the sleep-activity cycle, has a positive effect on the quality of sleep with faster falling asleep, longer and deeper sleep with easy awakening.

ZEST® Sleep is used by adults 1 capsule after meals, before bedtime. For better adaptation when changing time zones, take 1 capsule before the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at your destination.
