Zydena tablets are indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, characterized by an inability to achieve or maintain an erection of the penis necessary for successful intercourse.
For Zydena to work effectively, she needs sexual arousal.
Active substance: udenafil;
1 coated tablet contains udenafil 100 mg or 200 mg;
Excipients: lactose, corn starch, hydroxypropyl cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E 171), sunset yellow FCF (E 110).
Applied to adult men inside, regardless of food intake. One 100 mg tablet is administered orally per day approximately 30 minutes to 12 hours prior to anticipated sexual activity. The dose can be increased with caution to 200 mg, after a careful assessment of all adverse events that occurred after taking 100 mg of the preparation. The maximum recommended number of applications is 1 time per day.
For elderly men (over 65 years), dose adjustment is not required.
No dose adjustment is required for men with mild renal failure.
No dose adjustment is required in patients with mild hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class A).

During studies of the use of a single dose of the preparation in healthy volunteers when using 400 mg of udenafil once a day, no serious adverse reactions were observed. With increasing doses, the incidence of adverse events (headache, facial flushing) increased, but most of them were mild and resolved without additional treatment. In case of overdose, general symptomatic therapy should be prescribed. Zydena`s preparation has a high rate of binding to plasma proteins and is not excreted in the urine, therefore, after dialysis, renal clearance does not increase.
The most common adverse reactions include headache and facial flushing.
The use of strong inhibitors of cytochrome P450 is contraindicated (HIV protease inhibitor indinavir or ritonavir, simultaneous administration of Zydena with other preparations for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
