Prostatidin Forte - an optimal combination of components helps to improve the functional state of the prostate gland, seminal vesicles and bladder; improving microcirculation in the tissues of the prostate gland; improving blood supply and reducing congestion in the pelvic organs in women and men; restoration of the vaginal mucosa and cervical epithelium; reducing the intensity of inflammatory processes in the female genital organs; decrease in the intensity of bleeding; restoration of the rectal mucosa.

Indications:

• It is used as a hygienically prophylactic agent for the prevention of functional disorders of urination and complications after surgery on the prostate gland;

Active ingredients

Stinging nettle extract * 5,6,10,13,16:

• inhibits the proliferation of prostate cells in benign hyperplasia by inhibiting 5-α-reductase and aromatase with lipophilic compounds of the heptane fraction, γ-linolenic and 9-hydroxy-10,12-octadecadienoic acids and secoisolariciresinol, oleanolic and β-ursolic acid, 14-octacosin -sitosterol, and also has an antiproliferative effect by inhibiting the binding of dehydrotestosterone to cytosolic and cytoplasmic androgen receptors in the prostate gland interacts with SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin-globulin that binds sex hormones);
• antibacterial activity is associated with the presence of phytoncides and can be used as a natural antiseptic and as an antimicrobial agent, as well as to enhance the effects of antibiotics in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs;
• exhibits an immunomodulatory effect: the polysaccharides rhamnogalacturonan, arabinogalactan type II suppress the activity of macrophages and inhibit the delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction; mediate the stimulation of phagocytosis and an increase in the production of antibodies;
• improves microcirculation by reducing edema and spasm of tissues of the PO, improves urinary symptoms and urine stream;
• suppresses HLE (human leukocyte elastase), which reflects anti-inflammatory activity;
• has hemostatic properties due to the content of vitamin K (phylloquinone), which affects the synthesis of prothrombin in the liver;

• the antiproliferative effect is due to the content of beta-sitosterol, which reduces the formation of dihydrotestosterone, by suppressing the activity of the 5-alpha reductase enzyme;
• antioxidant effect due to the content of phytosterols, tocopherols, carotenoids, zinc and selenium (inhibit lipoxygenase; increase the activity of catalase and glutathione peroxidase);
• has an anti-inflammatory effect and promotes the regeneration of the vaginal and rectal mucosa due to the content of phytosterols, tocopherols, carotenoids, zinc and selenium;
• accelerates epithelization in case of cervical erosion.

Sea buckthorn oil * 3,12,14,19,20:

• antiandrogenic action by inhibiting type 1 alpha-reductase 5 by palmitoleic, oleic and linoleic acids and polyphenols (flavonols, catechins, proanthocyanidins and chlorogenic acid);
• antiallergic action is associated with ursolic and oleanolic acids due to the effect of membrane stabilization, inhibits mast cell degranulation; for the first time recently discovered substances - 2,5-bis-aryl-3,4-dimethyltetrahydrofuran and lignans, nectandrin B, fragransin A2 and sausernetinediol;
• wound healing effect is due to polyunsaturated fatty acids (alpha and gamma linolenic, linoleic and palmitic (omega-7), which are a component of skin lipids and stimulate regenerative processes in the epidermis and wound healing, therefore, activate the physiological functions of the skin and reduce scars; phospholipids and glycolipids moisturize and soften the epidermis, improve elasticity, reduce inflammation, accelerate the regeneration of the skin and mucous membranes and cell renewal; gamma-linolenic acid improves blood circulation, which has a positive effect on the supply of essential substances and oxygen, easily penetrates into the deep layers of the skin and mucous membrane, where it turns into prostaglandins and that is why it effectively protects against infections, counteracts allergies, relieves inflammation and slows down the aging process;
• radioprotective effect: vitamin C, (the content of which is about 695 mg / 100 g), has an antioxidant effect and protects against the harmful effects of UVA and UVB radiation, the presence of vitamin E in the form of tocopherols (about 200-600 mg / 100 g) and a mineral in and flavonoids strengthen the capillary walls unsaturated fatty acids reduce the effect of post-inflammatory substances after harmful ultraviolet radiation;

Propolis extract * 1,2,7,8,15:

• wound healing and capillary effects due to flavonoids;
• has a pronounced anti-edematous and anti-inflammatory effect;
• promotes the regeneration of the cervical epithelium due to the complex of amino acids, vitamins, A, E, B and microelements: magnesium, silicon, selenium, zinc.

Mode of application

Before using the suppository, you must:

• tear off one suppository in the primary package along the perforation line of the blister pack;
• then hold on to the edges of the film, tearing it in different directions, and release the suppository from the primary packaging.
• For rectal administration, suppositories are injected deep into the rectum after it has been emptied; for vaginal use, the suppository is inserted deep into the vagina.
• If the doctor has not prescribed otherwise, then appoint 1-2 suppositories per day for 10-20 days. Repeat the course of treatment if necessary.
