    Indications:

    Treatment of minor skin lesions, such as skin abrasions, scratches.

    Properties:

    Tormentalum ointment is a combined drug, prepared in accordance with the monograph of the Polish Pharmacopoeia for the compound five ointment.

    The drug contains 3 active substances: liquid extract from the rhizome of cinquefoil, ichthamol and zinc oxide.

    Tormentalum ointment is applied externally to the skin. The drug has an astringent and anti-inflammatory effect.

    Composition:

    Active substances:

    - liquid extract from the rhizome of the cinquefoil,

    - ichthamol,

    - zinc oxide.

    Use:

    Unless your doctor recommends otherwise, a thin layer of the ointment should be applied to the affected areas of the skin, 3 to 4 times a day.

    If there is no improvement or the patient feels worse, see a doctor.

    Contraindications:

    - if the patient is hypersensitive to any substance contained in the drug,

    - on open wounds and significantly damaged skin,

    - in local post-vaccination reactions, skin lesions in chicken pox.

    Proven ointment for allergies, dry skin caused by food or sun allergies. Used regularly, it soothes irritations and is very safe for the body. I recommend and confirm its effectiveness.

    I use it on my baby's buttocks. It does very well against nappy rash. I apply for the night and it is calm. You have to be careful not to get your clothes dirty because it does not come off in the wash.

    It is a very good ointment for any irritation or redness of the skin, especially for small children - I recommend it, the ointment tested by my sister on my nephews!

    They instantly soothe the pain of irritation in babies - of course, use it only as a last resort, something lighter every day :)

    The ointment is effective against all redness and abrasions. Very low price. The only downside is the smell - it smells mercilessly, like some machine grease, but it is worth the effort because it gives the expected results.

    A good replacement for Tormentiol, it does not contain boric acid, so it is safer for the baby.
    Effectiveness ok, chafing does not heal immediately, but after a few lubrications you can see a significant improvement. On the downside - it leaves traces on clothes and has little pleasant smell.
