Indications:

Esputicon relieves bloating and removes excess intestinal gas. The preparation can be used as a preparation for some X-ray and ultrasound examinations.

Esputicon does not contain sugar and can be used by people with diabetes.

Properties:

The causes of flatulence are: abnormal digestion, lack of lactase, pancreatic insufficiency, inflammation of the intestines (specific and non-specific), obstructed gas expulsion, reduced gas absorption, excessive swallowing of air. Esputicon belongs, in terms of chemical structure, to dimeticons. Dimeticons are multi-molecular organic compounds. Dimeticon's mechanism of action is to lower the surface tension of gas bubbles, which causes the bubbles to break down into smaller ones, and consequently it is easier to remove gas from the gastrointestinal tract. Above The properties allow the drug to be used in the states of excessive gas accumulation in the gastrointestinal tract, in the feeling of fullness of the abdominal cavity, in long-term flatulence, metropolis, and dyspepsia. The drug was used in preparation for abdominal surgery and after abdominal surgery.

Esputicon is a compound with a low surface tension, its action changes the surface tension of gas bubbles, causing larger gas bubbles to break up into small bubbles that are easily absorbed from the digestive system.

When administered orally, it is resistant to gastric acid and has no effect on its pH. It is not absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract.

Directions for use:

With colic and flatulence of the abdomen:

Children up to 12 months (a drop 4 times a day); 1-3 years (two drops once a day or one drop three times a day);

4-7 years (two drops 4 times a day). Adults (average five drops three times a day).

Preparation for ultrasound and X-ray examinations:

On the day before the test, children should be 2-4 drops on an empty stomach on the day of the test. Adults 2-3 days before the test, two drops 4 times a day, five drops on an empty stomach on the day of the test.

Composition:

1 drop of the product contains 20 mg of dimeticonum, 1 g of the preparation contains 980 mg of dimethicone.
