Starting from September 20, 2020, we offer FREE worldwide delivery for all orders.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your parcel is not collected from the sorting office within 18 days, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the parcel, we will issue a refund, deducting a 5 USD handling fee.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen. Orders typically arrive within:
- Europe: 7 to 18 business days
- US and the Rest of the World: 9 to 20 business days
If your order does not arrive within this period, please contact the Seller for further assistance. For orders dispatched from international locations, standard delivery times can range from 3 to 30 days.
Shipping Restrictions
We strive for consistency, but there may be limitations. We reserve the right not to ship products if prohibited by the laws of the destination country.
Additionally, we may refrain from shipping to regions affected by criminal activity, conflict zones, or to addresses that appear untrustworthy or suspicious.
