Product description

Tanno-Hermal Lotio is a medical device which, thanks to the synthetic tannins (tannins) contained in it and their physico-chemical, astringent properties, dries oozing, post-infection skin lesions. Tannin together with solid substances - zinc oxide and talc - binds the wound secretion and creates a protective barrier over the entire diseased skin surface. Drying the inflamed, oozing parts of the skin, and thus the closing of the wounds, deprives bacteria and fungi of its nourishment and prevents further spread of skin infection. Additionally, the creation of a protective barrier reduces itching and irritation. Tanno-Hermal Lotio protects irritated skin and enables its regeneration.

Application

Tanno-Hermal Lotio should be used to dry oozing secretions from wounds caused by infectious, itchy, superficial skin diseases. Tanno-Hermal Lotio is especially recommended for use in skin folds (armpits, genital area and anus, under the breasts, between the thighs, between the fingers and toes), as an adjunct to diaper rash and for local treatment of itchy and oozing skin rashes. . Tanno-Hermal Lotio is also used to treat excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis). The talc and zinc oxide contained in Tanno-Hermal Lotio facilitate the drying of bubbles filled with fluid, e.g. in the case of chickenpox and labial herpes, the so-called "Cold", additionally soothing itching and oozing.

Usage method

Tanno-Hermal Lotio is intended for external use only. After shaking the bottle vigorously, apply a thin layer of Tanno-Hermal Lotio to the changed ones

affected areas of the skin as needed, several times a day. The product can be applied more frequently if necessary. If necessary, Tanno-Hermal Lotio can be used for a long time. As a rule, a treatment duration of about 1 to 2 weeks is sufficient. If symptoms persist after 14 days of regular use, or if they reappear after discontinuation of treatment, contact your doctor. In the event of excessive sweating, the product can be used for several weeks.

Components

100 g of Tanno-Hermal Lotio contains: talc 19.5 g; zinc oxide 15g; synthetic tannins (tannins) 1g. The other ingredients of the product are: purified water; 85% glycerol; tri [alkyl (C <16> -C <18>) poly (oxyethylene) -4] phosphate (Hostaphat KW 340 N); lecithin; colloidal silicon dioxide solution; isopropyl alcohol; Methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate; sodium salt of carrageenan.

Contraindications

Tanno-Hermal Lotio must not be used by people who are known to be allergic to synthetic tannins (tannins), parahydroxybenzoates and their esters (parabens; E 214 - E 219) or to other ingredients of the product. Tanno-Hermal Lotio must not be used in the eyes.

Important tips

The product can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Due to the possibility of eye irritation by the synthetic tannin, caution is advised when using Tanno-Hermal Lotio in their immediate vicinity.

Particular care should be taken to avoid direct contact of the product with the eye.

If Tanno-Hermal Lotio accidentally gets into the eye, it is recommended to rinse it for 10 minutes under running water.

Do not use the product after the stated expiry date.

Tanno-Hermal Lotio is suitable for use within 6 months of opening the bottle.

Tanno-Hermal Lotio should be kept out of the sight and reach of children.
