The maximum daily dose of ketoprofen is 200 mg. Before prescribing the maximum dose, you should carefully analyze the balance of benefits and risks of treatment with a high dose of the preparation.

Elderly patients. In elderly patients, the risk of adverse reactions increases. After 4 weeks from the start of treatment with NSAIDs, observations should be made regarding the manifestations of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Patients with hepatic and / or renal impairment. It is recommended to reduce the starting dose and use the minimum effective dose for these patients. For patients with severe renal and / or hepatic impairment, the use of ketoprofen is contraindicated.

Children.

The preparation should not be used in children under 15 years of age.
