indications:

Aspicam Bio is used in the short-term treatment of exacerbations of symptoms of rheumatoid diseases, such as: rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. As an anti-inflammatory and analgesic preparation in osteoarticular and muscular pains in the course of rheumatoid and degenerative joint diseases.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to meloxicam or to any of the excipients or substances with a similar effect, e.g. NSAIDs, acetylsalicylic acid. Patients presenting with asthma symptoms, nasal polyps, angioedema and urticaria following administration of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs. Third trimester of pregnancy. Children and adolescents under 15 years of age. History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, causally related to previous NSAID therapy. Active stomach ulcer and / or duodenal ulcer or a history of recurrent ulceration and history of bleeding (two or more separate episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding). Severe hepatic impairment. Severe renal failure in patients not undergoing dialysis. Gastrointestinal bleeding, brain haemorrhage, or other bleeding disorders with a history of bleeding. Severe heart failure.

7.5 mg tablets:

1 tablet contains 7.5 mg meloxicam (Meloxicamum).
